In this game you have to control a character with keyboard. You have a gun in hand. Just shoot the enemies with your gun. Also don't go close to them because you are defending yourself from them. Left Click your mouse button to shoot those enemies. Don't stay still as they can damage your health and the game will over and you have to start again
